This company provided a wheelchair for my 86 yr old father at Heartland Health Care Center in Troy, MI on January 14, 2019. It was missing the seat cushion, I was told they would deliver the seat cushion to my address, I have not received the cushion to this day. I called the company to speak to supervisor and was told there's no one for me to talk to. I've contacted the rep. Tom Hiedo and my dad's therapist has contacted him but to no avail. I will be reporting this company to BC/BS!

Poor communication.always go to voice mail and they do not return phone calls,

Billing is terrrible, nrever know what your balance is.

Been trying to talk to someone about billing balance always get voice mail and never get a return call or response,

This company is terrible. My mother needed immediate O2 and the preferred provider was busy so this group got her account by default. All the med offices we visit roll their eyes when we say who has her O2 account; they are unanimously considered the bottom of the barrel. A lot of offices say "they're still in business....???!!!". They have the WORST customer service anyone could ever provide. They drop the product and run. They never check in and never send anyone when there are problems. All they do is collect their checks. Unfortunately, we cannot move our service until Nov 2014 but if my mother lives that long, I'll burn rubber I'll be moving so fast to another provider....!

Very poor service. This company does not cater to patient's needs and insists on what they want to give to the patient. Very poor costumer service and very disrespectful to clients. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
