Have been doing business for a number of years.Their response to supplying my oxygen and related supplies has always been punctual and correct. I appreciate their way of doing business.
Take your prescriptions for CPAP supplies elsewhere if you have any choice. I've been waiting for -3 months- and they still haven't given my my supplies. They are very good at sending things out every chance they get so that they can bill the insurance company as much as possible, but if you get a new prescription, my experience is that they will never fill it.
I was headed to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo to pick up my sister to bring her home. I realized half way there we did not have enough oxygen to make the hour long trip back home. I called LIncare at 4:58 and spoke with Tammy. She said she would wait for us to arrive to pick up the oxygen. This was a Friday night and with the bad road conditions it took us 1 hour 15 minutes to get there. Tammy was very pleasant and after loading the oxygen she lead us to the hospital so we wouldn't get lost getting there. She really went above and beyond to help us.
