I called today. The person answered by saying only "Hello" - no business name. Even though they are listed on the website that they sell medical CPap equipment, he told me they didn't. What is this site for then? It truly does sound like they do not want to help anyone.

After speaking with the manager Paul. I was completely devastated with his rudeness, as my wife's grandmother has to be put in hospice. they refused to pick up their equipment to make room for the hospice bed. He was rude and uncaring, my advice to anyone looking for medical equipment do yourself a favor do not I repeat do not do business with this company you will regret it.

I couldn't agree more with Candace in the above review. Action medical supplies in Warren Michigan has poor customer service they're very arrogant and they do not wish to help you. We needed a hospital bed mattress for my grandmother, our doctor sent over the prescription and they decided that we needed not only the mattress but the actual hospital bed. Not only was the full hospital bed not needed but the one we got was subpar to our previous one and made my grandmother very uncomfortable. When I called to rectify the situation they said they would get back with me and never did. I feel that they knowingly changed the prescription in order to sell more equipment so that they could bill Medicare for more money. I think this is why our system is broken because of crooked people like Action Medical. Beware them at all costs.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
