I am so frustrated with this company.!!! They are very dismissive on the phone, never seem to understand the questions. I have been waiting for CPAP supplies for a month. These are repeat orders which should not be so complicated. Honestly I don't know how they as in business. After today I will look for a new vendor !!,,
Worst customer service. Every time I call, the only person who can help me isn't there and will call me back. I couldn't reorder supplies because they never completed my order correctly.
I found the experience to be horrible.I had submitted al the paper work for a suction machine for a patient not able to manage their own secretions. I was told the suction machine would be sent over in 24 hrs. We had a back up suction machine in our supply closet so that was put in place until one could be delivered. A call was place when it was not delivered. It was stated they did not receive the fax information- refaxed .faxed confirmed The same situation continued for three days, I called again on the fourth day and was told the same thing again when asked to check the person said they were really busy and had a meeting to go to - so it would be several hours. In the mean time our stock suction machine and the patient was without a suction machine. I was able to obtain from another company and it was delivered in 2 hours. I explained to your rep. why this was needed and that is when I heard about his issues. I have been a case-manager for 20 plus years this was by far the worse care I have experienced and a patient was at significant risk and it was obvious no one in your organization cared.
This place is a complete joke. My doctor sent a prescription for CPAP supplies nearly a month ago and I still do not have them. Every time I call Stephanie gives me a run around. She acts like she is doing all she can, when in fact, she is accomplishing nothing.
have been trying to get in touch with Gary for 2 weeks left 4 messages with my cell phone so he would always to get me. explained that we are at the cancer ctr every day from 10 to 11:30 but cell phone is always on. today he call my house phone at 10:05 and left a message to call him. call him back at 11:30 when i got home told he wanted to come out today but is now out of office. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen. Tell you PCP to use another company
I have been trying for two weeks to get oxygen approved by my husbands PCP. I was frantic so I called Lincare myself to see if they even had the order. The woman on the phone could not have been any nicer are helpful she was the only person who gave me any answers. Unfortunately her hands were tied. The incompetent people at the doctors office on this correctly. I have nothing but praise for this company, are at least the woman who helped me over the phone. Just a side note. I was speaking with someone in Wakefield mass facility
Impossible to reach. On hold 10+ minutes calling main number. Always go into voice mail calls returned days later if at all. One month to get insurance resolved. Finally returning call to set up appointment currently on hold 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. 3/28/2016
Lincare was awful at any point in time that I dealt with them. The people who answered the phones were rude and acted as if I the customer was inconveniencing them. They were never on time, always switching delivery dates and times. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely awful.
