Terrible customer service, staff does not explain the correct information. I rented a wheelchair for my son and brought it back a week after the return date and they charged me for the whole month, when I was told I could return it when we we finished using it...was never told it was not pro-rated...employees done have a clue. I will do my research next time and find another medical supply store.

This place is a comedy of errors, without anything funny at all -- except for perhaps a really odd employee or two. Their right hand has no idea what their left hand is doing, They put my doctor's office through days of faxing papers, and as a result, me through days of unnecessary agony. I will never set foot in there again! My doctor's office will never send patients to them again, either.

Staff was somewhat helpful, although the notion of doing something not within the day-to-day protocol for a customer who needed the assistance and had few alternatives.

Prices were somewhat prohibitive on most products, but they actually beat the prices of their discount competitor from across the street on at least one major product line (although they get pounded on all the rest).

All-in-all, they were helpful enough, and I eventually found what I needed at another company in a different city, although the Northlake people did help put me in touch with that company.
