Staff does not seem to care about patients. They do not volunteer information and when asked questions they only give partial answers. I had to make repeated phone calls and finally go to the local office to find out why I had not received my supplies. They did not call me when they had incomplete information to make insurance claims. I only found out they needed more information when I called to see why I had not gotten my supplies. Only one employee gave a half hearted apology for the delays. Staff does not communicate with each other about problems. Staff is either indifferent or incompent.
