I've tried several times to obtain new supplies for my CPAP machine but to no avail. It's been three-plus months since I've been able to use my machine.
Service was very poor. They made no attempt to solve there problems. Not honest on there records. State info to cover themselves. No refund. Lost alot of money.

The girl who answers the phone is rude and has NO common sense. She does not give messages to the people who do the deliveries. As the first impression of your company, I would assume you would want someone friendly and does anything to help you. If I could I would give 0 stars. A couple of the technicians need training on why a person needs oxygen before they give advice to a oxygen dependent person. These technicians have denied a family member the needed equipment, which has caused many issues. I had this family member switch companies!

I can't believe you would refuse a customer, my resident, Ox delivery. She is on continuous Ox and because she didn't return a message left on her answering machine she will have to go without Ox beginning tomorrow until Tuesday when you can deliver? She can hardly operate her answering machine. I am sure she will share her experience with our other residents.

I ran out of oxygen while visiting the city. My daughter found Lincare, they worked with my provider back home and sold me what I needed to get back home. Every that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for going the extra mile.

I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone else. They are rude and could care less about the customers, more about the profit. They nearly cost my dad is life with their stupidity and insensitive nature. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible about returning phone calls. I had to keep calling them until I got a person on the phone. Lot of promises were made during the conversation but nothing has been accomplished.
Have not received my C-PAP supplies. They kept promising that the supplies were in the mail and nothing has shown up.
I finally called my insurance company to have them reach out to the company to remedy the problem.
