Glad to see Gregg Screwmeover is not running the place anymore. He is a total choad and crook. Good luck to the new owners. It won’t take much to do a better job the bar is low!
Great staff, from their customer service dept to their home visit to set up my CPAP, I was thoroughly educated and felt comfortable and safe using my new equipment.
This company was my CPAP provider for several years. hey always provided excellent service. they billed my insurance company promptly and my co pay charges were reasonable. Unfortunately when I went on Medicare I had to find another provider because HTR is not a medicare contractor. So far I have yet to find another CPAP provider that matches them with quality of service. I may just return to them and pay the bills out of my own pocket
They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
I purchased my two CPAP machines (ResMed S7 & S8 Elite) from them and machines work well. They coordinated the rebuild of my S7 ok. I was left unattended for some of my visits, but was waiting for the tech to fit me. I have been unsatisfied with their followup. For years there was none (no offers of supplies when mandated or okayed by Medicare/my insurance) and now they have an annoying automated "Survey" (really a sales tool to get people to fail to answer questions correctly and thereby order CPAP supples). The automated survey calls 2 or 3 times a week and asks for your "daytime phone" which they are calling on. I found the phone staff arrogant & unhelpful when asking questions about the purchase of a newer CPAP, and decided to take my business elsewhere.
