Not an efficient operation. Dr. faxed an order on 16 Nov 2016 for an overnight oximeter test. Nothing heard for appt to get equipment. Called on 18 Nov and technician out sick and staff could not check status. Called on 21 Nov and technician gone for the day and staff could not check status. Called on 22 Nov and they have no record of a faxed order. Called Dr. to refax an order.
