I am using this company for to many years with excellent service. Today 'I have to order some supplies, and I have to way so long in order to place the order. First the person who answer the phone can't find my file, second take so long to take the order and third when I provide my credit car information it's takes forever to verified the information. What happened with the good service? where is the girls who provide excellent customer service? Ana
