They don't carry all the latest CPAP equipment. They are not very good about working with you if you come in early for refills, they aren't very knowledgeable about insurance coverage. And most importantot use their services any longer, they will try to intimidate you into to staying with them. Ask your doctor to send you somewhere else.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
