I have a bunch of their equipment still sitting in my house. They brought it in Nov. for my mother who was to have hospice care in my home. The delivery person was rude to my daughter and son-in-law when he showed up EARLY to bring hospital bed, etc. I was on my way home from a Dr. appointment that I changed to earlier in the morning so that I could be home in time for Genox to deliver the bed, etc. delivery guy (can't remember his name) showed up early and was rude because I wasn't there. I was on my way and he knew this, besides, SOMEONE was there, that's all that should matter. I was told by hospice that Genox would help move furniture/existing bed out and set up hospital bed. He refused to help move anything. Thankfully my son-in-law was there to move it.
My mother died January 11th, 2015 and it is now May 6th and I am still waiting on them to come get their stuff. I have called and called and called. One guy came to pick it up......Freddie, who is a sweetheart. He was only told about one (small) item to pick up. He had no room for the bed or other things in his van since he already had a bed and stuff in there. So he had to leave and request an work order for all of it. He has done this and they still have yet to give him the work order.
I keep calling and they keep transferring me to the "Boss" Tony? who never answers his phone and I get shifted to a voice mailbox that is full and then it hangs up on me.
I just called main number and left a message stating that if they don't do something about picking up this stuff immediately (it's REALLY IN MY WAY) then I will leave it out on the side of the road for them to pick up at their convenience. I've spent 4 months with this crap in my way. IM SOOOO DONE!!!

0 Stars had to give them 1 to submit. Absolute worse experience I have ever encountered dealing with any company in any industry.

For years been using them but suddenly I am not in their database. They promise to send supplies and never send. Called over and over each time person promises to send but never arrives.

Now I am stuck because health care won't let me order from anywhere else until I receive a chip to demonstrate that I am using it which has been promised 5 times over 3 weeks and still has not arrived. Not to mention they have an automated system which calls and asks if you need new supplies, you confirm but guess what does not send either. After waiting a few weeks called to be told that the automated system does not work. DO NOT USE THEM EVER EVER EVER!

So sad because they used to be so good, automatically sending supplies each 3 months not sure what has happened over there.

I am very disappointed in Genox Homecare. For the past few months I've been ordering CPAP supplies from them because they accept my insurance. In that time my orders have been lost twice. I would call to place an order but never receive it and when I called back to find out why, they didn't have a record of it. They have sent me equipment I never ordered once and they don't have the adequate education in the equipment to accurately know how often it needs to be replaced. I called to file a complaint to the Office Manager at their headquarters and she also had insufficient knowledge of equipment replacement times after she told me she's been working with it for 20 years. If they would only go to the website of my equipment's supplier and see the correct replacement times then they would know instead of arguing with me over it. I'm just the patient using it. They are woefully undereducated about the equipment they sell and profess to be educated. They are also unprofessional on the phone because they are talking to others and come back to ask what we were talking about after I just explained everything. There are other medical equipment and cpap equipment providers out there. Save some frustration and seek out someone more on the ball and professional. All this could be avoided.
