Awesome Service Delivery people filling my "Liquid Oxygen" Machine! Especially "Sean," ( Sean goes above and beyond in making certain that i am able to breathe comfortably )and "Larry" ( I miss Larry, I ran into Larry with his wife by his side, while shopping) was a joy to see each week, he made me smile!
I always have a hassle to get the supplies I need. The never come to the house like other providers, I have to go to them. More problems the their worth.
After 4 month of being lied to by their Colorado,& home Fl. office I called The FDA. and CO. Dora offices to be told their was no regulation or law requiring that the O2 prespription be delievered by the doctor. The only requirement was in the manufacturing of ther cyniders. (Sorry my auto- matic speller is off) So they were yanking my chain. It is possible that All or most O2 suppiers could have phantom directions, ones not existing in law. Just ask them to show you or give you the number of the statute. If enough do this when being yanked around the O2 companies might stop. The home office refused to give me the citation.
My son is a client with Lincare, everyone I've interacted with had been really nice. My son was a client with another company and their equipment was junk. The machine they gave us to fill his oxygen tank was on all night long and didn't fill. When we switched to Lincare, not one problem with the equipment at all.
Lincare has failed again! On May 9th, I requested tanks for my wife & placed an order for a portable oxygen concentrater for her flight to Monterey, CA on 25 May. Whoever took my order FAILED to place the order for the concentrater & has now I have to eat the airfare cost for her flight. I called & they played pass-the-buck with me for almost an hour & basically told me I "SOL & JWF". Lincare; Get your act together & hold your employee responsible for their failure. They made a mistake, hold them responsible, rectify the situation, & make compensation, not excuses. I can get better service at a funeral home!
Six months ago I started trying to switch to Lincare for my oxygen needs. (My previous provider was "out of network.") Since then, call after call went unanswered. In May I finally reached someone, only to be told that my original order had expired. So I got retested and the doctor's office sent a new order to Lincare. I'm still waiting.
