Professional sounding customer service; both on phone, and in person. Multiple wrong medicare related orders sent by mail. At least one was lost in the mail. I have found identical medical appliance products for lower prices on the internet; both Amazon and Ebay. I am sadly unable to recommend this company; especially for Medicare supplies.
