They have been in business 30 years. They are the only medical equipment company that has a Registered Nurse on site. All their equipment is new, not old beat up rental junk. Nice people!!

They have been in business over 25 years. A Registered Nurse is always there. Special products for children like strollers and car seats and cribs. Also stair lifts, power wheelchairs and bariatric equipment up to 1000 pound patients. Staff is so nice. They took care of both my Mom and Dad. This is the only company my doctor will use.

Have stage 4 throat cancer the RN WAS SO HELPFUL IN ASSISTANCE WITH MY INSURANCE PROBLEMS.

I called multiple companies before calling Prime Medical. All these other companies were rude. Finally I called Prime Medical and they were so helpful. Wish I had started with them. Our local pharmacy says they refer to Prime Medical all the time.

BETTER QUALITY AND CHEAPER THAN CVS OR WALGREENS. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HAVE BEEN THERE 8 TIMES-AND I KEEP GOING BACK. THEY KNOW ME BY NAME, WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

they accept most insurances. i got the advice of the registered nurse,a and she waso sweet and helpful. They keep the company well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
