i only recently had a problem with my refill. i called to leave it, and the lady transferred me to a recording. i left all the info including my name and number. days passed and i didn't hear anything. i thought they would call and let me know it was ready. they did not. not it's saturday and they're closed. i ran out of one of the creams last night. so i'm out for the entire weekend. i thought this could have been handled more efficiently.
