They have the most complicated refill system I have ever seen! It takes me forever just to refill one prescription over the phone! The office was easy enough to find. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
