We get our medicine from Pharmacy Inc because it's a preferred Medicare provider. We have used them for many years. Throughout that time, we have had the occasion to have to call them more than once to get delivery of an order. On some occasions, they tell us they never received the order. How can you NOT receive an order that's called in? Recently, we called three times and each time were assured the order was on the way. As of the time of this review, the order has not arrived and it's 7 days and counting. I am looking for a way to avoid this pharmacy and will pay the cost for the medicine rather than continue with this game of chicken. If we run out of medicine, we just might run out of breath and not need any medications at all.
