I work for a physicians office. A clarification was needed by the pharmacy prior to filling a medication. Instead of calling the office to ask, they informed the patient that information was not given to them and he would have to pay out of pocket. When I called to clarify, the pharmacist was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He informed me that insurance "doesn't give a rats ass" what information is put on the script. He refused to correct the situation on his end. Then refused to let me speak with a manager or alternate staff member. I will recommend to every pt I have that uses them to switch pharmacies.

Most Odd Personnel working here when its comes to buisness one on one. But I bet when its time to providing the best for the patient they are quick and fast to CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT THEY SUPPOSE TO,

i never heard of a pharmacy being closed on the weekends!!!!! I had to go the whole weekend without my insulin. And its located in the WORST part of town.You have to worry about being mugged or shot everytime you go there
