They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made my dog and I feel cared for.They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

No unneccessary costs, very pleasant.

This wonderful group of folks has helped us thru many difficult times over a period of many years. We have had dogs and cats, some just strays that we are helping some are true "Family Members4; they understand our needs. This group is easy to talk to about price and will take the time to explain treatment options. I've always gotten an appointmen when I need it. They are the best !

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice
