Dr. Gloss and Staff fit us in same day in a matter of an hour as my dog Braxton was failing and needed to be put to sleep. We were devastated he and the staff could not have been more compassionate and took care of all of us. Never met a Vet like this before in my life. We will be taking our new puppy there in January-they are just outstanding!

Hospital: more like torture chamber. This vet blew it at the end: letting a young person take over for him in the putting down of our beloved pet. She caused our dog to suffer even more pain than was already present
as we heard our Emma howl in pain. There is no excuse for this behavior-
then 2 dAYS LATER Doc Gooss calls us on the phone to say he is sorry.
What idiocy! We do not excuse or forgive his casual attitude nor the fact that he left his job up to an employee who was not well versed in what to do. When a loved pet is dying this is inexcusable! Don't go there.

We just moved to Delaware TODAY and our 10-year old silky seemed to be in acute distress. Dr Don was amazing and took us right away. He spent over 40 minutes with us to make sure she was all right.

He and his staff are amazing! Thank you so much!
