Dr. Hendry has been our family vet for 20 plus years. She and her staff are kind, caring and provide both physical and emotional support to us. As you can imagine over this time span she has helped us with various cats and dogs with normal everyday care, amputation surgery and end of life care for our elderly family pets. Medication costs are the same or less than on-line. She doesn't start with the most expensive tests when trying to figure out what is wrong with your animal, all medical procedures and options are fully explained so as to allow you to make a decision based on what is best for your budget as well as your animal's health status and age. If only some people doctors were as caring....

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, they criticized what I have been doing and gave me no additional information on how I could improve
