I've had many wonderful experiences with Dr. Batten but recently had an awful experience with Dr. Miller and, as a result, will never use this clinic again. My horse was colicing in the evening badly and Dr. Miller was the on-call vet. When he called in response to my page, instead of inquiring about the situation, he asked me if I was a regular client of the clinic (I was and had spent over $3,000 there in recent months) and started whining that he had to respond to a colic at my barn the night before and now he had to drive back out to help me. I ended up having another vet come out to help. The last thing any horse owner needs when dealing with a scary emergency is a rude, insensitive vet.
