Dr. Fling refused to respond to my emergency, even though he was on call. He stated that there was some feuding going on between my local vet and himself, therefore refusing to see his patients. The first time I called he had told me he was on his way. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th time he never answered, finally calling me back and saying it was in his better judgement not to respond to my emergency. In the meantime, my animal was getting worse and worse, eventually having to be put down. It took me 6 hours to find a vet who would respond to my calls and come to my aide, and the one who did wasn't even on call, yet said she did't want my animal to suffer. In the end, I had to put my beloved animal down. I think feuding between adults should be put aside when you are in any business dealing with the public, especially as a DVM.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
