Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
