I am a huge fan of this clinic and the many people who make it work. Over the many years I've brought my dog to them, my experience has never been anything but excellent. They are knowledgeable and perhaps even more importantly, they are very compassionate in caring for their patients and owners. I am thankful to have found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet service.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
