They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. This maybe a country doctor but he is up to date on all the latest procedures and gives a quick diagnosis and in depth description of what is needed and how the animal will react. Very informed doctor and an asset to Gurley.
