They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Most of there staff is very friendly and professional. I find Heather and Tracey to be the most friendly and caring of the staff and they always have a smile on there faces. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One staff in particular, Heather, is never friendly and most of the times ignores me, which is very rude and makes me feel very uncomfortable. The doctors are good, they always answer my questions, however that was one time when one of the doctors pushed me to make an x-ray that he had told me 10 minutes before it was not necessary. Also I am never allowed me on the examination, I think they should allow dog owners to be with their dogs while being examined, this will prevent the dog of being stressed and afraid.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
