Very thorough in examining my dog that was sick.
He explained what was going on with her,and answered questions I had.
I have to go back for a recheck & bloodwork with her today,2 have to get their 3 yr. rabies shots,1 wellcheck.
All 3 of my dogs have an appointment, 2 of 3 had a sorresto collar allergy,sensitivity,and I removed their collars as I was instructed by vet,no longer will I buy the sorresto collars, we'll have to find something else in its place.
Very nice,kind,knowledgable staff.
We went there the 1 time before when my big dog was sick in nov. & he treated her,she did improve some & needs further treatments possible thyroid problems, so bloodwork has to be done on her to see what's going on with her & get her feeling better soon.
Hopefully good news will come our way.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind?

They took a generally holistic approach to the environment within the office and I appreciated what they did.

This is only vet in our area that I have or will use. Dr. Shockey, Mrs. Shockey and their staff care about your animal an do a wonderful job. I have been a client for nearly 20 years and have always been very pleased with their services.

Yes, extremely spacious

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Is this business in a safe neighborhood?

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
