Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but did not seem to really have much knowledge that would come with experience. They didn't go out of their way to help me. I researched first and found a few negative background reviews of the owner, but figured they where just gossip, those reviews were true. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find, but I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. To me there is no better Dr. than Leslie, she is one of the best with kittins and Cat Vets. that I have ever met, the complete staff there will knock you down trying to help you. When it comes to my Cats, this is where we go, and proud of it. None better.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. In the past when I have had to leave my pet in overnight care here I've noticed that the veterinarian will call with follow-ups sporadically, but its usually not when they promised they would call. Even with the calls however, I never felt full informed with the progress of my pet and was sick with worry the whole time. They appeared to be a little overwhelmed with too many pets here. I didn't get to see the vet very long before they were rushed off to another room.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
