After the treatment my friend and her critically ill dog received and the costs incurred I will never ever take any animal I own to this clinic. It is not a hospital, so I assume they call themselves that to collect higher fees. They left an innocent and very sick dog alone overnight with a running IV that kinked "sometime in those 15 hours alone" and then told my friend they were "closing for the holiday weekend" so she had to pick up the dog the following morning and transport her to a real emergency animal clinic. I don't understand how anyone could do this to any poor little animal, left unsupervised with a running iv..this is negligence as far as I am concerned. They should be reported to someone.
