I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Doctor became extremely argumentative and became angry very easily when I told her she misdiagnosed my cat 1 1/2 ago..as a result, my cat is now terminally I'll. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish, she denied I told her of previous symptoms even though they were documented in the mecdical record by the doctor herself. She definitely pressured me to buy products/vaccines that were unnecessary and possibly worsened my cat's medical condition. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. To top it off, she has a rule that she never calls patients because she is too busy, only has her assistants to call back but they can't answer questions effectively...what credible doctor can't call patients back? She runs this place completely like a business and nothing like an animal hospital whose purpose it to help/save animals.
