Would not recommend this establishment, would not listen to what concerned me with his issues if you like natural treatment over drugs they seem to blow your information off and make you feel like you do not care.

I am writing this to you as the disappointment in your establishment is saddening. After much research on the illness my cat has and the ignorance of the staff pushing diabetes vs. pancreatitis for my cat says volumes to me. First you should know that you do not give a sick cat a rabies shot. After last year when Buster suffered his high sugar levels and urinary tract infection he bounced back after a few days. It has been weeks and I am sure it is due to his rabies shot. He is under different care and your business and
Greenbay emergency is why I have no good opinion in vets. You both pushed insulin without knowing the true underlying causes and both made me to feel I was not looking out for my little boy. I am sending this article on vaccines on sick animals so someone else will not have to go through this. I truly hope you will treat animals with care and respect instead of pushing drugs that the pharmaceutical companies push and you can collect your kick backs.

Again you are not listening, I never said my cat was feeling so much better! He is very sick little boy, but is getting treated for his illness, not what someone determined his illness was. Please start listening to people for the best care you can give their family pet member. They are loved and deserve care not just looked at like dollar signs.

They are fantastic!! The staff is welcoming and so nice. When we got our first puppy he had a cough they got him in and treated him so well. We drive from lL to go hear. Dr.Ted is the best the staff makes suggestions but never pushes. This is our vet and well worth the 40 min. Drive!! Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
