Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I love this place. 1. It is clear they love animals. 2. They do what is best, not the most expensive. 3.They are friendly and carring 4. They know thier stuff. We live in the Chicago area and take our Lab to this vet because there is no BS, they do what is best for the dog at a fair price and they make us all feel better. They have never made our dog stay overnight. They don't do what she doesn't need done. They don't sell us what we don't need. The price is half of other vets. I don't mind the 2 hour drive, our dog is so worth it! I am telling you they are the best!!!

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
