Ms. Kieser took an x-ray of my 2 year old dogs back leg and misdiagnosed her with advanced arthritis and put her on Rimadyl without pre screening her lab work or warning us of the possible side effects of Rimadyl. We lost her to liver failure a few months later. If Ms. Kieser would have warned of the possible side effects of Rimadyl and advised pre screening lab work, we would have known if it was or wasn't Rimadyl that caused our dogs liver failure. Pfizer, the maker of Rimadyl, has quite an extensive history with known deaths caused by this drug and does recommend pre screening lab work. There is an abundance of information on the Internet.
