I clarified that I would not be charged I wanted to talk to the doctor to tell her that I decided to keep our pet I was told that I would not be charged to talk to her but when I was leaving they billed me for the visit plus for the meds. although they met me half way i'm not dumb I know English very well. they are out to make a buck and they are not compassionate about their work. bet on that won't go back again :(

We have taken our doggies here for over a decade. Wouldnt take them anywhere else. So kind and helpful and when we have an emergency they accomidate us. Call in pet meds, pick up quickly. No appointment waiting unless there's a pet emergency happening. We are very greatful for animal medical center! TY!

My dog Penny has been a patient for years and until recently I have loved it. Unfortunately, that has changed. it has been over a week & I am still waiting to hear back from the Dr. on Penny's blood work. We were given 3 different meds and were told we would be contacted last 2 days later (last Tuesday). It is now Friday of next week. I have made many attempts to contact the Dr. but have not received a call back.My dog is not well and they do not seem to care.I have paid money to get mY dog help but all they can say is they have been busy. Maybe they shouldn't take on more than they can handle. I am appaled by their actions.

Animal medical center is wonderful! Their pricing is very fair and any time I've had an emergency they have always stayed late or had me bring in my dog or cat right away! I've moved two hours away and still only bring my animals to Selah!

The waiting room is comfortable and clean. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experiences I've had there. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I fee my 4 legged house members arel very safe and comfortable in their care. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than traveling to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for us. I will absolutely return and have for years. I had an wonderful experience and I'm so happy to have found them. I have brought many of my 4 legged family members in the last 15 years, mine and my families. my father would bring his dog from Seattle to see Dr. Rowan and my brother brings his from Olympia,. why, surely t not for the convenience but for the doctor's knowledge and the caring staff. I have taken in many stays throughout the years and the doctor cared very well for them helping me get them healthy to be adopted to their forever homes. the rates are very reasonable and there is never any unnecessary testing. she always knew exactly where to look and uses the least invasive route.
