Cowlitz Animal Clinic is the only place I would go with my pets. They are always kind and make sure I have the tools i need to give my pets the long healthy life they deserve.

Not upfront with fees. My biggest issue was that although they could have accurately estimated what my bill may have been they gave me a super low quote. I would have gone to a different clinic (where they told me everything that was included over-the-phone) had I known that they're spay fee didn't include all the additional fees. Spay fee alone does not include the office visit fee, the cost of meds (which are optional but they wont tell you that), and the cost of anything them deem necessary while the dog is under (beware of the fine print of the release form). Sure, they care about my animal but they treated me very poorly. I work customer service, so I try to be courteous when I deal with problems like this. The staff treated me like I was a nuisance and a bad pet owner for questioning them. They eventually told me to find a new vet. My family has been using that clinic for 16 years and that's how they treated us.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The staff and doctors really cared about making sure my pet was on the mend before sending him home. It was a frustrating time when our kitty was so sick, and unable to control his bowels, but they found a solution and made sure that it was working instead of sending him home prematurely. Fantastic establishment.
