Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff act like they genuinely care about the animals. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They make appropriate referrals as needed. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've always fit us in when we had a sick animal, but never acted rushed. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice has always been helpful, and they are conscientious about follow-up.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Very close to my house so I like the convenience. The staff is really friendly and their hospital smells great, like baby powder. Parking is awesome because it's so close to the entrance, and the prices for their services are comparable to any other vet.
