Their care is beyond substandard. Brought our red Queensland in for severe dehydrated, vomiting and diarrhea with blood. They kept her 2 days ,gave her iv, rehydrate her, gave her anti nausea medicine and antibiotics. Sent us home with antibiotics and nausea meds and said she has a "stomach bug". Cost us nearly 900 dollars.She ate mildly for 2 days the medicine was gone she stopped eating. I called vet they said bring her back in! We fed her baby food and electrolytes for 2 days and she died in my arms! If you adore your pets like we do DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! they overcharge and won't work with you, when it's time to pay they send the over large owner out to intimidate you then have the nerve to tell ya bring her back if ya need to!. How bout NO!

Oh my goodness.....as a lifetime owner of pets I have never been so disappointed in my life in knowledge level. Unfortunately they are very overly impressed with themselves. They are arrogant and patronizing. When asked about things concerning a very sick llama they skirted all around. We left this little guy there with an unlimited budget. After several days of no concrete answers and his condition going up and down I decided to seek some information and education resources on my own. Never had they told us any of the information we found...and when confronted with it Dr. Alredge could not explain why he did not know this. A simple fact of the baby being half the size at birth he should of been and how he should be gaining weight was news to him.(He told my daughter he could treat llamas.) He finally returned my call hours later with a question stating "Why are we talking about this at 10pm at night?" Unfortunately my call was too late...he called me the next morning our baby was dead....He and Dr. Ratcliff are not nearly as knowledgeable as they pretend to be or they just really don't understand their shortcomings....Don't use them!!!!! They need to know their limitations and know when they are over their heads....

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
