This veterinarian was friendly enough. They didn't go out of their way but I didn't expect much more. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. My pet died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff here is friendly. They even let me visit my pet after he had surgery. They kept my pet a few days to ensure that he would be monitored well post-operation. They called me after the surgery which made me very happy! I will continue to use them for my animal's care!
