The staff is rude and disrespectful and not very knowledgeable at all. The refused to simple give my records to my boarding facility while i was trying to make arrangements for my father funeral so I couldnt board my animlas.

My appointment was extremely rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me as much as I was hoping. The lobby chairs were filthy, covered in pet hair. The vet didn't take the time to check the puppy out thoroughly at all, much less take the time out to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. He never asked what the puppy was eating, about his behavior, etc. He seemed more concerned with selling products and getting us out of there as quickly as possible. I would not recommend this place at all. I have no clue how they've been allowed to remain in business.

Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
