Got a same day appt..first time with Dr Fuess...she did a great job multi-tasking patients due to lack of staff personnel...but very happy on the care she gave our Gidget...I wish Lakehills would reimplement taking the Care Credit credit card...allows you to pay within a number of months with no interest. You just don't know what kind of bill you're going to walk out with! another good thing...they have different plans/costs for routine vaccinations so you can plan for the expense

My pets chose Dr. Fuess. She and her team are caring and concern about the well-beings of the patients above and beyond the requirements. For my special need pet, she will always do extensive research and always get back. Most importantly she remembers the history of her patients without opening their files. We are lucky to have found her.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never had to wait; they don't seem to overbook appointments. They definitely believe in quality of care, and it is much appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing Dr Fuess than when I first walked in as a stranger. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg, and I have left them understanding less about my cat's care; here I felt I benefited from the visit as much as my old cat did.

I must say I have never had a better visit to the vet!!!! My dog found a porcupine and had probably 30+ quills on his body. This was Friday afternoon not too much before closing time and without hesitation I was told to bring him in. They are awesome!!!!!!!


I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
