Worst experience ever! The technicians on duty were lacking tact. While speaking with one the other young later butts in to ask her something personal. The Dr. himself was very cut and dry. They put our cat on a medication that wasn't necessary( took him to a vet specialist to get the correct answer) within 24 hour our cat went from a thyroid problem to feline leukemia to cancer. We explained to the Dr how he was acting and he was EXTREMELY bullheaded and didn't want to listen. OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

We took our 6 year old Maltese to Dr. Jones because of a mast cell tumor on his leg. After a biopsy and xrays I was told there was nothing we could do as the cancer had spread to his lungs and liver. His advise was to take him home and he would eventually bleed out and die.

Not willing to give up, we ended up at Texas A&M where doctors removed the tumor and told us the cancer had not spread. Our Maltese will soon turn 12 and has been healthy ever since. Had we taken Dr. Jones advise he would have died a painful death at an early age. As Dr. Jones told me all of this there was not a bit of compassion. It was if we were discussing an object.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
