We just had our first visit here and will definitely be back. The staff was vet courteous and caring. We are new to Irving and have tried a few other clinics in the area and been very unhappy with the care given to our fur babies. One treated our FIV positive cat like he was a second class citizen. Shady Grove even has their own FIV rescue on staff and treated ours wonderfully and that means so much to me. I was given multiple treatment options and each one was fully explained. I am very impressed with the doctor and his staff and look forward to having them as our clinic from now on.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. This is the best vet that I have been to! I went to several recently trying to find a good one. This one was crowded with happy clients and dogs. The staff was very kind and loving . The doctor was also. He took the time with us . The price is very reasonable. This is the only vet that I will visit from now on!
So thankful to find a vet clinic and hospital like this! They also have reasonable boarding prices.
