Eastern Hills Pet Hospital is the BEST in Tarrant County! They treat your pets like they are theirs. My two dogs love the whole staff because of the wonderful love and care. Thank you all.

Kindness, very friendly and pet oriented. Show real concern for the pet, and tries to do complete exams and findings of whaever reason you are there for. -- Great with Rottweilers-and large dogs, but Great with all'.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have a good selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. It's such a great place. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
