Over a week ago, one of the so called "Dental Technician" didn't tell us a name, took PICTURES of our baby, before and after anesthesia, testing, cleaning teeth. We still do not know why, it was NOT part of the service, and WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! After we paid lots of money, and she show us very briefly pictures on her personal cell phone, we asked, forward them to our email or text, it has been over a week, we never got those pictures, when we called several times, and asked for the status of those pictures, we got treated very badly, like we are bothering them! Obviously the person who took pictures, without our consent, is using them for "medical purposes and such", since is so difficult to get them, as we are the owners of our dog on those pictures! Makes you wonder, why they won't send them to us!!!??? I mean come on it takes a few second to forward them to any device! Maybe there is something on those pictures, they do not want us or anyone to see....be aware of anyone taking pictures of your pet, without your permission, it is against to law, especially if you never received them!

Now that Dr. Bartley has sold his practice to Dr. Cline, it's just not the same. Prices are higher, the caring attitude is gone. Deb, who now sits in Ginger's chair, well, let's just say courteous doesn't seem to be in her vocabulary. What an absolute shame and a huge loss for those of us who care about our pets and the care they receive.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so

This vet and his staff has the best bedside manner! My 3 chihuahuas aren't always so calm and friendly around strangers but they always are well-behaved and relaxed while in the care of these great people. It amazes me at how easy and simple our visits always are. Dr. Bartley always talks to my dogs as if they were human and I think it's very sweet and awesome to get that level of care.

Dr. Bartley and his staff are the very best. Their care is exceptional. When my 12 year old dog is sick and I take him in, they follow up with phone calls to make sure he's doing alright. When we go in for a visit, regardless how many others are in the waiting room, Dr. Bartley takes all the time you need to make sure he answers your questions (and I always have a lot) and that he addresses every concern you have. We're new to this area so Parkway Animal Hospital is my second vet for by dog. Without a doubt, the service here is better than we've ever received and always the vets for my dog have been outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. My Baxter loves them and for me that's all that counts.

I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

No, it was fine
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Yes, they don't show favoritism

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
