Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Michele Preston is one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very involved in rescuing dogs and providing care for dogs up for adoption. She is a terrific vet for all kinds of animals, kind and caring, knowledeable, and she has created a shangrila at her beautiful clinic. Enjoy the chandeliers in every room, state of the art equipment, beautiful building, and a pet boutique that makes me wish I wore a collar every time I go in there. Top care, great service, wonderful and warm people - what are you waiting for! Book an appointment!

I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always called with follow-ups exactly as promised. Dr. Preston and her friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets' teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
