I will not return to this vet. Took my rescued puppy went for his 1st visit on a Friday. Our appt. started 20 miutes late, only because we asked to be seen - otherwise it would have been longer. We had noticed worms in the dog's stool. The vet tested his feces and said there were no worms. We called back on Monday to say we still saw worms. The RECEPTIONIST told us we needed medicine!!! Never heard from a Dr. Called again on Tuesday, only to be told no Dr. had read our message. By 5 o'clock, still hadn't heard back from a Dr. We're not even waiting another day - going straight to another Dr.

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Not anywhere even close! I had to drive down the street to find a place
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
No, they criticized what I have been doing and gave me no additional information on how I could improve

No, I left confused and frustrated
