Staff is always friendly. I've been going there for years with several different pets, some very sick and some with chronic conditions. Very knowledgeable doctors. Vet assistants very nice and give clear instructions. Place is very clean.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
