We brought our puppy in for standard neutering and when we came back to pick him up in the afternoon, he had massive swelling in his belly and testicle area. They were going to discharge our dog without taking a second look at this, Dr. Cole had already left the office with no mention of anything possibly going wrong during surgery. We had to draw attention to the swelling, his belly was purple from internal bleeding, turns out he had a blood clot. Dr. Cole came back and had to do emergency surgery, the facilities are outdated, unfriendly staff and no follow up call. They helped us bring our dog to car within 15 minutes after surgery, while he was under anesthetics. Our dog had to spend the following day at our local vet to be monitored. We had to get additional antibiotics and sedatives neither did she recommend or prescribe. Unreliable and not trustworthy. Will not be returning.

Absolutely LOVE this office! Dr. Cole was so helpful and saved my two gilts, I cannot thank her enough. Very honest, cut and dry, no black and white area - - if you listen to her, follow her directions, your animal will come out just fine!
What an amazing staff she has surrounded herself with. I cannot thank them enough and of course Maggie May and Princess Juliet thank you as well!
GOD BLESS YOU GUYS - this farm family loves you!

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
Very unprofessional and rude. Brought her dog out to a farm call and the dog was bitting my pigs feet and she did not make it stop!!! worst vet experiene I've ever had. do not use this vet!!!
